Thank your for visiting our homes for rent in Austin! These homes are our own building projects. Each home was carefully designed and built for its lot, or deeply remodeled. We are DIY remodelers, and do this out of love for design and building. Jim draws the plans, and we all contribute to the final design and finishes.

Check with us for possible upcoming vacancy dates. Very often prospective tenants contact us months ahead, and we keep in touch. Or, feel free to call and let us know what you would like to find. We will be glad to discuss your needs, and help.
